LOW IMPACT MARTIAL ARTS CLASS

This class is designed for those with mobility issues/concerns (for example recovering from surgery/injury, finishing physiotherapy, age/health related mobility), and uses martial arts stretches, movement and conditioning based around the biomechanic principles of the body. The training is to the simplest form but with advancements in the movements for those who can.
