ACTIVE FRIENDS – MEET AND MOVE

  • Improve your balance and coordination
  • Increase stamina and overall fitness
  • Meet friends in a welcoming environment
  • No experience necessary.
Exercises include:
  • Chair and standing Pilates and Yoga
  • Dancercise and Zumba Gold 50’s –  80’s music
  • Tai Chi/ Qi Gong and Mindfulness Meditation
  • Exercising using stretch resistance bands and balls
