PEBSHAM SENIOR SOCIAL TABLE TENNIS SESSION

A Senior Social Table Tennis Club is a great way to socialise with friends and meet new ones of course!. A fantastic way to get moving with some gentle exercise and play a game of table tennis. Table Tennis is great for the mind, body and social and has proven a great aid in helping with Dementia and Parkinsons. In fact Table Tennis is a perfect way to help with a lot of health issues we all face as we age.The club provides a supportive and friendly atmosphere with our coach on hand to give you hints and tips to support you during your sessions. Why not also pop into the Pebsham Hub Cafe for a drink and /or a light snack after the session. The well presented Cafe opens between 9.30 and 1.30.     ABOUT TABLE TENNIS ROTHER

    A fully inclusive Table Tennis Club for all ages and abilities. There are opportunities for social play and fun activities as well as coaching for those wishing to improve their skills or learn new ones. All equipment is provided. Coaching is provided by two qualified and licensed Table Tennis England Coaches. Organised activities are arranged for children and their are opportunities to work towards skills and leadership awards as well as taking part in other events during the year. Table Tennis Rother is Sport England Clubmark Accredited and is a Table Tennis England 4 Star Ability Premier Club.
