Walking Netball is suitable for anyone over the age of 16 which is friendly and inclusive. It gives an opportunity to find a place in sport which is fun with social, mental and physical benefits hosted by a trained England Netball Walking Netball Host who runs activities and joins in with all the fun and laughter. Its netball but at a walking pace with slightly tweaked rules
