Help your children remain fit and healthy over the summer holidays!
A recent article in the Telegraph reported summer holidays as being bad for children’s health. In the article they blame youth being “plonked in front of screens” as undoing the fitness they gain at school.
The article goes on to report that British school children lose 80 percent of the fitness they build up during term time by being “lazy” over the the summer holidays! We want to help parents and children in Rother challenge that research!
There are plenty of activities happening over the summer months to keep the children entertained whilst maintaining or even improving their fitness! We’ve pulled together a list of top summer activities happening in Rother!
